What is our standard turnaround time?

We endeavour to ship all orders within 10 working days (for bulk stubby cooler orders please check turnaround time here). If you require your products earlier please contact us before placing your order to organise a rush service. No refunds will be made if you do not leave sufficent time for your order to arrive turnaround time + shipping time. Shipping time stated on checkout is the time from when the order is marked as shipped in our system not from when order is placed! Turnaround time for your print job begins once your order has been placed. If you ordered a proof, your turnaround begins when we receive approval for your proof.

What shipping methods do we offer?

We ship via Registered Post or Express Post (Registered Post requires a signature if you wish for your parcel to be left without a signature you need to choose the Express Post option) - Fastway National Satchels and Free Local Delivery NSW 2322 is only for customers in Beresfield, Thornton, Tarro, Woodberry and surrounding areas in the 2322 postcode.

What can delay start of turnaround time?

Turnaround time for your print job begins caculating once your order has been placed. If you ordered a proof, your turnaround begins when we receive approval for your proof. As a result, turnaround time can not begin if:

1. Your files are not suitable quality for printing

2. Approval for your proof (if applicable) has not been received We will make every effort to notify you in a timely manner to rectify any issues to begin your order.

Does turnaround time including shipping time?

No. Turnaround time refers to our production turnaround time, which does not include shipping time. Please note that we assume no responsibility for shipping delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected arrival date-also known as delivery date-is an estimate only. As a result we can not be held responsible for delivery delays once your job leaves our facility.

Do we guarantee turnaround time?

Yes. we guarantee turnaround time, which is also known as production turnaround time when all requirements have been met by the customer to begin turnaround time period. While we strive to meet turnaround commitments for every job, production delays may occur. In the event that we miss a turnaround commitment, We will remedy the situation by providing a refund for rush charges or a courtesy rush on your next job.

Can I change turnaround time after my order has been placed?

We make it our top priority to meet your turnaround expectations, and we will make every effort to work with you after your order has been placed to adjust your turnaround time. If you want to adjust your turnaround time, it is essential that you work with us to help us identify the key elements needed to make your print job a success. In some cases, however, we may not be able to adjust turnaround time due to the complexity of managing a large number of printing jobs at our production facility.

Do you ever ship jobs early?

We aim to ship orders on the due date since this approach helps us provide you with the lowest overall prices. As a result, we encourage you to specify a faster turnaround time if you need your job earlier.
